We do not accept liability for loss arising from reliance on general website content. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited.

Before care or staffing begins we issue a written service agreement setting out the agreed support, the schedule and the applicable rates. Rates are confirmed in writing for each arrangement and are quoted per hour, per shift or per placement.

• Care at home is invoiced weekly, payable within 7 days of the invoice date
• Staffing placements are invoiced weekly against signed timesheets, payable within 14 days
• Rates for bank holidays and unsocial hours are set out in the service agreement
• We give 28 days' written notice of any change to agreed rates

• Care visits cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice are not charged
• Care visits cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full
• Staffing shifts cancelled with at least 12 hours' notice are not charged
• Either party may end an ongoing arrangement with 28 days' written notice, or immediately where there is a safeguarding or safety concern

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may update these terms. The current version will always appear on this page with the review date shown above.
