Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to your use of this website. Service-specific terms are provided separately before any care or staffing arrangement begins.

Use of this website
The content of this website is provided for general information. We aim to keep it accurate and up to date, but it does not constitute care, clinical, employment or legal advice.

- All arrangements are subject to discussion, assessment and availability

Recruitment applications
Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview or offer of work. Any offer is subject to satisfactory pre-employment checks appropriate to the role.

The Trunk Healthcare name, logo and website content are owned by or licensed to Trunk Healthcare and may not be reproduced without permission.
Liability
We do not accept liability for loss arising from reliance on general website content. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited.
Service agreements and charges
Before care or staffing begins we issue a written service agreement setting out the agreed support, the schedule and the applicable rates. Rates are confirmed in writing for each arrangement and are quoted per hour, per shift or per placement.
- Care at home is invoiced weekly, payable within 7 days of the invoice date
- Staffing placements are invoiced weekly against signed timesheets, payable within 14 days
- Rates for bank holidays and unsocial hours are set out in the service agreement
- We give 28 days' written notice of any change to agreed rates
Cancellation
- Care visits cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice are not charged
- Care visits cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full
- Staffing shifts cancelled with at least 12 hours' notice are not charged
- Either party may end an ongoing arrangement with 28 days' written notice, or immediately where there is a safeguarding or safety concern
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version will always appear on this page with the review date shown above.
